This notice explains how BLV Trading ("we", "us"), headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, handles personal data collected through blvtrading.com.

What we collect

This website has no forms and does not store what you type. Enquiries reach us by email: the enquiry buttons open a pre-written email in your own email app or webmail, and nothing is sent until you press send there. We then receive what you choose to include, typically your name, company, email address, country and the commercial details of your enquiry.

This website does not use cookies or analytics. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible transaction.
• To carry out know-your-customer, anti-money-laundering and sanctions checks before any transaction.

We do not sell your data or use it for marketing lists.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are kept in our business email system. Our email and website hosting providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside the UAE.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to meet our legal and compliance record-keeping obligations, and then delete them.

Your rights
